Matthew Paul Brown specializes in the Charlotte region luxury home market, providing specialized services to meet the unique needs of buyers and sellers of distinctive properties. A lifelong North Carolina resident, he has attended The College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. After graduating from College of Charleston, Matthew worked as Human Resource Director for one of the world's largest textile companies, Parkdale Mills, Inc. Matthew honed many skills while working for such a prestigious company and juggled the personalities of upper managers as well as 400+ associates.
Matthew began his entrepreneurial drive washing cars at the back of his families' drug home health care business "Caldwell Drug.". His father and grandfather taught him the value of a dollar and what meant to earn it. As one of Matthew's previous clients stated: "Matthew is the consummate professional handling every detail."
Matthew serves on two local boards here in Charlotte. The Carolinas Concert Association is one that is very close to his heart. Carolinas Concert Association brings renowned artist to perform at the Blumenthal Theater and most importantly provides children whom might not otherwise been afforded the opportunity to attend and begin to appreciate the arts. "We also donate instruments to local schools throughout the area to give to children," stated Brown. Matthew has personally donated instruments to schools in Gaston County. Florence Crittenton Services is yet another organization which Matthew and his wife support. In 2007, they hosted The Night of the Children's Ball at The Charlotte City Club to raise money for both organizations. Matthew also sits on the Member Relations Board at The Charlotte City Club in Uptown Charlotte.

His wife whom majored in Interior Design at Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina has an eye for design as well as Matthew.
